By creating an account or using Dinner Plans, a Tonight Table product, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Using Dinner Plans

You may use Dinner Plans for personal, lawful meal planning, pantry tracking, recipe discovery, and grocery-list activities. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, keeping your sign-in information secure, and activity performed through your account.

Free and premium features

The base Dinner Plans experience is free. Optional premium features, trials, prices, and availability may change. Any paid purchase will show its price and billing terms before checkout. Payment processing may be provided by Stripe and is also subject to Stripe's terms.

Recipes, food safety, and dietary needs

Recipes and cooking information are general educational content, not medical, nutritional, or allergy advice. Ingredient substitutions, cooking times, and pantry matches may not fit every person or appliance. You are responsible for checking allergens, safe temperatures, food condition, expiration information, and dietary requirements before cooking or eating.

Grocery prices and retailer information

Prices, sales, savings, availability, package sizes, and totals are planning estimates unless clearly identified otherwise. Retailer information can change without notice and is not a checkout promise. Confirm the current product, price, and availability on the retailer's site or in the store before purchasing.

Your content and feedback

You keep ownership of original content you submit. You grant Dinner Plans the permission needed to store, process, display, and transmit that content to provide the features you request. Product feedback may qualify for an explicitly stated, one-time promotional access reward shown at submission; feedback is otherwise used to improve the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, upload harmful or unlawful material, scrape the service in a way that harms it, impersonate another person, or use Dinner Plans to violate another person's rights.

Availability and account action

We work to keep Dinner Plans useful and available, but features may change, pause, or stop and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We may restrict or close accounts that create security, legal, payment, or abuse risks. You may stop using the service at any time and may contact us about account deletion.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Dinner Plans is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for third-party retailer sites, user decisions based on estimates, spoiled or unsafe food, or indirect losses arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the product develops. Continued use after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms, to the extent allowed by law. Material changes will be identified by an updated effective date.
