Dinner Plans is developed and operated by H Factor Research as a Tonight Table product. This policy applies to the Dinner Plans website and app experience at letsmakedinnerplans.com.

Information you provide

Depending on the features you use, Dinner Plans may receive account details such as your email address, pantry and grocery items, meal plans, saved recipes, household and store preferences, feedback, ZIP codes entered for local price checks, and receipt images submitted for scanning.

App activity and device information

We may collect limited technical and usage information, such as pages viewed, feature actions, session identifiers, browser or device type, error information, and approximate network information. Our product dashboard is designed to emphasize aggregate activity rather than expose the private contents of a household's pantry, receipts, or searches.

How information is used

We use information to operate accounts, remember pantry and planner data, build grocery lists, match recipes, provide requested price or sale tools, process payments, answer support requests, improve reliability, understand which features are useful, prevent abuse, and communicate with users who have permitted feedback or product messages.

Service providers and outside links

Dinner Plans may use service providers such as Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for hosting and delivery, and Stripe for payment processing. Retailer-search buttons open third-party sites governed by their own privacy policies. We do not receive full payment-card details from Stripe.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell personal information. We may share the minimum information needed with service providers that operate the app, when you direct us to connect or open another service, to comply with law, or to protect users and the service.

Retention, choices, and deletion

Some planning data may be stored in your browser, while account-linked data may be stored in our database. You can clear browser data through your device or browser. To request access, correction, or deletion of account-linked information, use the Delete Your Account page or contact us from the email associated with the account. We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution.

Security and children

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Dinner Plans is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
